How to Assemble the Toja Grid Pergola:
Assembling the Toja Grid Pergola Kit is fairly straightforward. In fact, the manufacturer states that this project only take about 45 minutes to complete.
You don’t need a bunch of tools either. Just grab a stepladder, drill, tape measure and a level.
That said, due to its size, you will want to have a friend help you. Particularly when you raise the canopy and insert the lumber into the metal corner brackets. (The manufacturer actually recommends 3 people for the job.)

Note: By design, the structure actually measures 9.5″ larger than the shade size. Therefore, the manufacturer recommends that you leave 10″ of leeway in your outdoor space design.
